• Location: Hamburg

• Start: 01.08.2024

• Duration: 6 months

You will join a team of 11 people within the “Airbus Aircraft Delivery processes” department in charge of aircraft delivery processes, methods and tools.

This learning will consist of working for the main players in the delivery process by: activities related to skills and learning solutions, improving processes, methods and tools, promoting functions around aircraft delivery.

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. • Ensure the application and convergence of ways of working on the different programs and on all sites within the framework of aircraft deliveries

• Ensuring locally for each site the deployment and adherence to processes, change management, process monitoring and audits

• Evaluating local specificity of ways of working, ensuring alignment with a global processes and formalizing them in procedural documents

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and methods

• Working on training resources and the skills of the main players in aircraft deliveries

• Enrolled full-time student in the area of data science, IT, programming or an equivalent field of study

• First practical experience in the field of project management, change management as well as negotiation and influence

• Experience in programming with Java, SQL or C++

• English on negotiation level

• French on advanced level would be desirable
