DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Erstellung von kreativen Food Konzepten inkl. der Kalkulation
  • Führung des Küchenteams vor und während der Veranstaltung
  • In Absprache mit der Küchendirektion, die Übernahme von Veranstaltungen im Bundesgebiet und bei Bedarf auch im europäischen Ausland
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Arbeiten nach HACCP

DEIN PROFIL

  • Teamgeist, Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung im Catering- oder Bankettbereich sowie erste Führungserfahrung
  • Freude an gutem Essen und damit Gäste zu begeistern
  • Ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen und soziale Kompetenz
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprache wünschenswert
  • Kreativität und Aufgeschlossenheit neuen Kochtechniken gegenüber
