Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d)
Vollzeit - Unbefristet - Wülfrath
Deine Aufgaben
- Frühdisposition im Wechsel
- Auftragsannahme, -bearbeitung und -erfassung
- Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Speditionen und dem Zoll
- Bearbeitung und Erfassung von Reklamationen und Schadensfällen
- Beauftragung und Koordination von Transportdienstleistern gemäß Kundenanforderungen
Dein Profil
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
- Erfahrung im Sammelgut, Export und Import
- Service- und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und hoher Motivation
- Organisationstalent, lösungsorientiertes Handeln und ein kühler Kopf auch in stressigen Situationen
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Produkte insbesondere Outlook, Teams, Word und Excel
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse
