Hausverwalterin / Hausverwalter

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte(n) und kompetente(n) Hausverwalter(in) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien

  • Ansprechpartner/in für Mieter und Dienstleister

  • Erstellung von MIetverträgen

  • Erstellung von Betriebskostenabrechnungen

  • Überwachung von Mietzahlungen und Mahnwesen

  • Steuerung und Kontrolle von Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung – Immobilienverwaltung bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich

  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Hausverwaltung von Vorteil

  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Hausverwaltungsprogrammen wie z. B. Casavi, Impower, SMARTBRIX; DOMUS 4000, WISO Hausverwalter, Haufe PowerHaus, Immoware24; FlexCode oder einer vergleichbare Software

  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und souveränes Auftreten

  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
