  • Du treibst Compliance, Transparenz und Profitabilität in unserem modernsten Produktionswerk -vor allem Spritzgusstechnologie- voran, indem du als Business Partner mit der lokalen Organisation zusammenarbeitest und die Verbindung zur Konzernfinanzfunktion herstellst.
  • Du bist der Business Partner für den/die lokale/n Geschäftsführer/in und das Werksleitungsteam.
  • Du erstellst die Budgets und Forecasts für das Management.
  • Du bereitest die regelmäßigen Berichte (Kosten- und Leistungskennzahlen, z. B. Soll-Ist-Analysen und Produktivität) vor, kommentierst diese und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
  • Du erstellst und präsentierst Analysen, Berichte und Business Cases für alle Managementebenen sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen.
  • Du unterstützt bei Investitionsprojekten, z. B. durch Überprüfung, Genehmigung und Neuberechnung von Rentabilitätsberechnungen.
  • Du entwickelst und coachst den Werkscontroller am Standort, mit dem du dir die Aufgaben teilst.
  • Du hast ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (oder vergleichbar) oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling abgeschlossen.
  • Du hast über 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Finanzbereich, davon mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Werkscontrolling (Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Standardkostenabweichungen).
  • Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Finanzmodellierungstechniken und relevante KPIs.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Excel und PowerPoint, sowie gute SAP-Kenntnisse (Module: FI/CO/MM), Erfahrung mit Standardkostensystemen (idealerweise SAP COPA) und SAP4Hana ist wünschenswert.
  • Du hast eine lösungsorientierte und analytische Persönlichkeit mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität, bist extrovertiert und in der Lage, auf verschiedenen Ebenen der Organisation zu kommunizieren, zu vernetzen und zu präsentieren.
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch (B2+) und Deutsch (B2+).
